Agile Explorer provides big picture as well as pertinent details
Agile Explorer brings all pertinent information onto a well thought-out UI screen. No need to jump around to find information you need. An iteration may consist of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes, which are all clearly presented in a well structured tree-grid view. All team members are well informed of up-to-date project progress from top level down to each individual work assignment. Each feature and all work items required to fulfill the feature are grouped and shown in a hierarchical tree view, while details of each work item (tracked by a ticket thus it's also called tracking ticket) is shown in a horizontal grid view, which is customizable by each member to best fit his/her role.
Agile Explorer also allows you to add new peer or new child ticket. Double click on a ticket in the tree will bring up a full view of the ticket in the adjacent ticket properties pane. As an assignment is progressing, the assignee can update progress right from the ticket properties pane.
When it comes to figuring out the actual percentage completed on a feature (or any level of a parent ticket), Easy!Agile will calculate an aggregated % completion based on the % completion of all required work items of the feature (or all child tickets of a parent ticket).
The dashboard allows each member to place the most vital information s/he likes to monitor on this separately displayed window, and to set an auto refresh time interval.
